  • Friday, September 21st .......... 9am - 9pm
  • Saturday, September 22nd...... 9am - 9pm
  • Sunday, September 23rd ........ 9am - 6pm
• Move-In:
  • Thursday - September 20 - 8am - 8pm
  • Friday - September 21 - 8am - 9am
• Move-Out:
  • Sunday - September 23 - 6pm - 9pm
• Promotions:
  • Promotional Items may be used in your exhibit, such as key chains, etc.
  • However, no helium balloons, noise makers or food may be given out.
• Prizes, Giveaways:
  • When planning prizes and giveaways, make sure you disclose requirements for winning.
  • We need your list of winners in the show office by 6pm Sunday.

  • If you have need for rental equipment, they will have most anything you need.
  • You will be mailed this information 45 days prior to show time.
• Security:
  • Security will be on duty 24 hours during move-in and throughout the show.
  • For greater security we suggest you make sure your items are fully insured while at the show.
  • Show management assumes no responsibility for these items.
• Shipping Instructions:
  • All shipments must be prepaid.
  • UPS Shipments will be accepted starting September 21st.

  • If shipments will arrive before move-in, we suggest the service of the Show Decorator who can handle storage and transfer.
  • All shipments should include booth number and building.
• Exhibitor Packets:
  • 4 Exhibitor badges per 10 x 10 Booth.
  • These badges are for the people working in your booth only.
• Exhibit Space Cost
  • 10' (wide) x 9' (deep) booth - $490
  • Each additional booth - $400
• Booth Costs Include:
  • Company identification sign
  • Standard 500 watt electrical outlet
  • One 8 ft. skirted table
  • Two chairs
  • 3 ft. side curtains
  • 8 ft. backdrop
• Booth Payment Terms:
  • 50% deposit due with contract, balance due September 9, 2011.
