- Sunday, February 8th 10am - 5pm
Move-In:
- Thursday, February 5: 8am - 7pm
- Friday, February 6: 8am - 11am
Move-Out:
- Sunday, February 8: 5pm - 7pm
- Monday, February 9: 8am - 5pm
Shipping Instructions:
- All shipments must be prepaid. The shipping address is:
Exhibitor Passes:
- 4 Exhibitor badges per 10 x 10 Booth.
- These badges are for the people working in your booth only.
- Free Exhibitor Parking.
Space Rental Rates:
- All costs include: One 8 ft. table, 2 chairs, 8 ft. backdrops, 3 ft. side curtains, and free parking.
- 10x10 Booth - $550.00 each
- 10x20 Booth - $990.00 each
Booth Payment Terms:
- 50% deposit due with contract, balance due January 2, 2009.
