- Promotions:
- Promotional Items may be used in your exhibit, such as key chains, etc.
- However, no helium balloons, noise makers or food may be given out.
- Prizes, Giveaways:
- When planning prizes and giveaways, make sure you disclose requirements for winning.
- We need your list of winners in the show office by 6pm Sunday.

- Security will be on duty 24 hours during move-in and throughout the show.
- For greater security we suggest you make sure your items are fully insured while at the show.
- Show management assumes no responsibility for these items.
- Shipping Instructions:
- All shipments must be prepaid.
- UPS Shipments will be accepted starting September 27th.

- All shipments should include booth number and building.
- 4 Exhibitor badges per 10 x 10 Booth.
- These badges are for the people working in your booth only.
- 10' (wide) x 9' (deep) booth - $490
- Each additional booth - $400
